The objective of the campaign is to stimulate recruitment in the HORECA sector (Hospitality, Catering, Cafe/Bar) by structurally integrating this initiative into an awareness campaign aimed at upgrading both the professions and the sector which represents them. The strategy will be based onstrong emotional elements to generate engagement with an emphasis on the following points: 1. Diversity of professions: Highlight the variety of professions. We know the job of receptionist but do we know that of Revenue Manager? Do we know that an establishment will soon be brought to tfind a chef, a barista as a sales representative, an Event Manager or a Community Manager… 2. Intrinsic qualities of technical professions: Compare professions to creative activities, highlighting the role of conductors and craftsmen with often mechanical know-howonnu, allowing you to live extraordinary experiences. 3. Transmission: Highlight the family aspect of culinary passion, countering young people's erroneous perceptions of sophisticated cuisine compared to fast food options. 4. Valorization of training: Soalign the quality of Brussels training structures, whether technical or continuing for adults.
