Description : The Insurance Council of British Columbia (Insurance Council) wishes to engage in an exclusive contract with a third-party service provider that will provide a comprehensive online exam proctoring service to BC examinees writing the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) examination. Completion of the LLQP examination is a required certification for individuals who want to sell life insurance products in Canada. The individual examination registrant must be able to register, schedule and pay for their examination online. This proposal is open to proponents who provide the following examination service options: Live online proctoring service (live proctor monitoring combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) based behaviour analysis) - Exam registration/scheduling and administration primarily; or Live online proctoring service (live proctor monitoring combined with AI-based behaviour analysis) - Exam administration onlyAll enquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing before 5:00 pm PST on February 24, 2023.
