The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date, add the Q&A for this solicitation, and update Clause 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 with CAAC Letter 2025-02 Supplement 1, dated 18 FEB 2025, Supplement to CAAC Consultation to Issue a Class Deviation From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Regarding Section 2 of the Executive Order 14148, "Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions, " which revoked Executive Order 14057 and Section 2 of Executive Order 14208, "Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws."This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, " as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
