The Economic Development Potential Of The Greater Caribbean Remains Under-exploited. Regional Trade Is Borderline And Does Not Provide Sufficient Critical Mass To Attract The Attention Of Adequate Commercial Shipping And Airlines In The Region. Although the Caribbean occupies ahe strategic and competitive geographic position relative to the Panama Canal and proximity to other global markets, limited transportation connectivity prevents the region from exploiting this advantage. In this regard, the Association of Caribbean States (Aec ) And the Territorial Collectivity De Martinique Propose To Host A Conference On Connectivity For The Greater Caribbean As A Platform For The Establishment Of An Interconnected, Agile And User-friendly Regional Transport System To Support The Region's Economic Growth And Competitiveness .This Eventment aims to revitalize and engender a renewed approach to coordinating efforts and adopting ideas to support transport and business connectivity in the Greater Caribbean. Conference: Encourage, Promote and Improver Regional Transport and Logistics Connectivity Between the Economies of the Greater Caribbean. ConnectivityFrom the Greater Caribbean, Services Related to Transfers and Coordination, Accommodation, Room Rental/Catering, Events, Communication, Interpretation, Decoration and Transport. This Conference Will Be Co-financed By The Funds Of The Interreg Caribbean Program.
