The stated purpose of this public procurement is for the Contracting Authority to provide the best conditions for providing the described service/s for the needs of IANMSP, in implementation of Project No. BG16RFPR001-1.002-0001 "Implementation of measures for the internationalization of Bulgarian SMEs by supporting the activities of the Contractorof an agency for the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises (IANMSP)", as well as in the implementation of activities on European and international projects, on which IANMSP is a beneficiary or partner. It is necessary to select a contractor from the potential participants to perform the service(s) under economic conditionski the most advantageous conditions and for the most efficient use of funds, while following the principles of publicity, transparency, ensuring free and fair competition and non-discrimination.
