Subject: Services relating to the outsourcing of physical reception functions on the Toulouse site at the ENAC general reception area and telephone for all ENAC sites, as well as mail management on the Toulouse site, located in the heart of campus in the Daurat building. The framework agreement includes a lump sum part for regular reception services: - standard telephone reception services of ENAC sites - Physical reception services of the Toulouse site - Administrative management services for additional services may be the subject of orders as the needs for each of the UO described in the CCTP and the financial annex.
