Description : ARTESANIAS DE ILOILO 2024 -setting up of booth including rental of chairs
1. Hauling, Repair/ Repainting, Booth Set-up and Dismantling
Inclusive of labor & materials:
• Set-up/mount booth modules at Robinsons Iloilo Fountain Area as per exhibit design/lay-out provided.
• Execute booth and special setting designs as per fair perspective provided (install collaterals, signage, tarps, lamp post banners, booth foliage design, green turf/carpet etc.)
• Prepare and set-up electrical connections.
• Prepare and set-up dressing room for fashion show.
• Pay for the services and food of laborers who will set-up the booths/fair area during ingress and dismantling during egress.
• Repair and repainting of booth modules, risers, shelves and pallets when needed before and after the fair.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance throughout the duration of the fair.
• Assist in covering the exhibit and theme setting area during closing.
• Hauling and handling of booth modules, risers, shelves and pallets, from storage to venue and vice-versa.
