Services for the transformation of the SAP ERP system of the Berliner Bader-Betriebe
The Berliner Bader-Betriebe currently use the ERP software from SAP SE in the areas of finance, human resources, business partner accounting and procurement. The system is currently being operated independently on-premise at the BBBiben.
According to current planning, SAP support for the system used so far (SAP ECC 6.0) will end at the end of 2027. A switch to the new S/4HANA product must have taken place by then. The BBB is implementing this project as part of the programIndividual project ER01.
The Berliner Bader-Betriebe therefore intend to carry out the transformation of the current SAP R/3 landscape into an SAP S/4HANA landscape with the help of an external contractor. The services to be procured through this award include
• Provisionof software-as-a-service services: the necessary
SAP data center operations, the SAP service operations and the
SAP application support,
• services to support the conception, implementation, documentation and training of new processes and solutions around SAP S/4HANA
sowie
• the connection of currently running and future existing (upstream) systems, e.g.
cash register system, HR system, CAFM system
