- Water supply including water treatment plant (Land will be provided by the
SPMC)
- Buildings
- Production equipment, sterilization and packing
- Quality assurance, Quality control equipment
- Utility equipment
- Warehousing facility and required equipment
- Safety equipment and facility
- Electrical equipment including lightings
- Piping
- Clean room requirement
- Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Design
- Office equipment and other ancillary equipment
- Canteen facility
- Laundry Facility (for general cloths and clean room cloths)
- Effluent treatment plant
- Water storage facility
- To establish Green Building Technology and relevant certification
Submission of Detailed EOI
A detailed proposal and relevant information with regard to EOI for the establishment of Oral solid dosage forms (General drugs) should be forwarded to the Chairman, State Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Corporation, No. 11, Sir John Kothalawala Mawatha, Kandawala Estate, Rathmalana, Sri Lanka, in a sealed envelope by hand or registered post, to reach SPMC on or before 10.30am on 07th June 2021, and the top left hand corner of the envelope should be
marked as “ EOI FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF ORAL SOLID DOSAGE FORMS (GENERAL DRUGS) MANUFACTURING PLANT “ . (Late EOIs will not be considered. E mails will not be entertained)
