Hereinafter are technical requirements for the specified services on the
quotation form and
framework tender notice:
— Hotel location must be within 2.5 km radius from PIN-s office in Erbil.
— Designated parking garage or area.
— Walkable distance to shopping markets.
— 24/7 security, electricity and services.
— Equipment requirements for each service must include the following:
— Conferencing rooms: Data projector and layout, sound system and
microphone, chairs
tables upon request, internet connectivity, proper lighting.
— Single, suite, and extra bedrooms: Telephone service, fridge, extra sheets,
internet
connectivity, TV, hair dryer, desk/table and chair, mirror, wardrobe/closet, fire
alarm
system, fire escape route
