Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, intends to award a sole-source contract, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), VAAR 806.302-570(a) and (c); VAAR 819.7008; and FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) Authorized or Required by Statute.
This contract is intended to be negotiated with and awarded to the following SDVOSB:

The scope of work is to obtain comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft-s application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.
This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year with one option; and this acquisition is intended to be awarded in September 2024.
The NAICS is 541519. The size standard is $34 Million. The PSC is DA10.
