PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD); Center for Computational Toxicology & Exposure (CCTE); Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division (GLTED) require dry dock repairs on the EPA R/V Lake Explorer II. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside and will be a firm-fixed price contract under NAICS Code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing, with a size standard of 1, 250 employees. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) document shall accompany this synopsis via separate attachment.
