Tender Details

The subject of the proposed project documentation is the significant renovation of the building of the University Campus of the University of Prešov in Prešov, built in 1983. The intention of the public contracting authority is to implement measures to reduce the energy demand of the building with the use of renewable energy sources.

Intentionom the public contracting authority is a significant renovation of the building envelope - replacement of the original aluminum cladding of the building which is in its original condition, additional insulation of the roofs of the building and insulation of the ceiling in the basement of the building. As part of the restoration of the technological part of the building, the original gas boilers will be replacedwith r.v. 1998 for new condensing gas boilers and the addition of heat pumps. Replacement of the original air conditioning in the halls of block F and the pool hall of block E. On the roof of the building, a photovoltaic power plant is proposed for the production of electricity. Solar collectors will be designed on the roof of building Eroaring water in the pool. The existing elevators in the building will be renewed - two passenger, one cargo and two technical in the library and cafeteria. The renovation of the building does not change the layout of the interior spaces. The purpose and use of the object will remain unchanged. Detailed information is provided in the project documentation and inmeasurements, which are part of the tender documents.
