Description
The Government intends to award a sole source order to Authentic8, Inc., a Small Business, using the Virginia Contracting Activity Community's Managed Attribute Basic Ordering Agreement, HHM402-20-G-0002, IAW FAR 16.703 and FAR 6.302-1. Prior to November 2023, the CN/CTF community was provided Authentic8 Inc. Silo Toolbox licenses through a partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The Government has determined that use of an alternative software would result in determined that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the Government's requirement.
