The measuring station consists of a fast real-time oscilloscope with very high accuracy for measuring very fast transients in conjunction with a pre-trigger mixed signal oscilloscope for pre-filtering the measurement signals. A broadband arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) is required as a pulse source.
