The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change the NAICS from 541990 to 541620, and the extend the following due dates:
RFI Questions Due: Monday, December 16, 2024 at 4:00pm (ET) - Questions shall be submitted in the formatted spreadsheet provided in "Attachment 0002_Vendor Questions Template” RFI Capability Statements Due: Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 4:00pm (ET)This amendment also adds POC Kristen Hines (Hines.Kristen.A@dol.gov) to the list of DOL correspondents. Please carborn copy (cc) Ms. Hines to all questions and capability statement submittals.
REMINDER: As stated in the attached RFI, "Please do not simply submit a generic capability statement." DOL is looking for statements that specifically outlines the vendor's ability to provide the services explained in the "Attachment 0001_Technical Description".

The DOL Office of Workers- Compensation Programs (OWCP) is conducting market research for an upcoming procurement requirement titled Site Exposure Matrices (SEM) for the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC). The scope of work involves maintaining, updating and providing subject matter expertise on the contents of a comprehensive relational database containing information about the occupational use of toxic substances at major Department of Energy (DOE) facilities and uranium sites covered under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA or Act).
