Description

1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. 2.The solicitation number for the procurement is HDTRA1-24-R-0078. 3.The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 4.The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 2024062. 5.The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for the solicitation is 333120 with the size standard of 1250 employees. 6.Solicitation is for acquisition of a skid steer loader, attachments and a trailer. See the attached solicitation document for a list of line-item numbers and items, quantities, units of measure, and a description of requirements for the items to be acquired .7.The attached solicitation specifies dates and places of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. 8.The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. 9.FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services does not apply to the solicitation. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible Offeror, whose proposal is the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable.
