The project concerns the development and operation of three (3) Skills Centers covering all the lignite areas with appropriate physical infrastructures (2 in Western Macedonia and 1 in Megalopolis) that will allow the daily contact and cooperation of the Practice's executives and advisors with the benefitmembranes. The Skills Centers will form a network providing information services to the beneficiaries for open human resource and business support programs, individual and group counseling and career guidance services as well as the implementation of fast-paced andspecialized programs for the acquisition of knowledge and professional skills for employees, self-employed and unemployed, with the aim of transforming human resources and retraining the unemployed and workers in the lignite areas of interest, as provided for inthe other Actions of the Priority 4 of the 2021-2027 PdAM
