1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 5, 069, 860.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Social and Environmental Impact Assesment of Lower Cabu Irrigation Project located in Palayan, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Social and Environmental Impact Assesment of Lower Cabu Irrigation Project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 9:30 a.m. (PST) of November 03, 2023 at NIA-R3 Office, Conference Room, Brgy.
