The municipalities of SittardGeleen (incl. Participation company Vidar), Beek and Stein (hereinafter referred to as Western Mining Regions) are looking for a party that carries out socio -medical advice. This concerns the assessment of requests for help for further medical advice or an inspection in the context of the following legislation, including the municipal regulations in that area: • the Social Support Act (WMO); • Applications for the disabled parking tickets (GPK) in the context of the Road Traffic Act; • Participation Act (PW); • Student transport (as a basis for the Primary and Secondary Education Act, the Act on the Expertise Centers etc.); • Youth Act (JW); • Compulsory education law; • Assistance Act
