BACKGROUND
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the User and Network Services (UNS) uses this product for the XML developers in supporting and completing their work assignments on mission critical systems such as FATCA, CADE2, AMS, MeF, ACA, PBBA, etc., that are developed using XML.
REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
The vendor shall provide (1) year of software maintenance, service and support of XML Spy Professional XML Editor Software. The maintenance and support shall include unlimited web and telephone support for developers and administrators and all major and minor software upgrades. The software must be genuine brand name as requested by the Government. No equivalent items or substitutions will be accepted by the Government.
