Tender Details

1. The contract

The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to register for the tender for

the supply of different types of Soil Compaction Products.

2. Tender procedure

The procedure used here is the public procedure from the Public Procurement Act 2012.

3. Contracting authority and client

The Contracting authority and client is the Royal Netherlands Army. 4. Scope of the order

Concerns the purchase and delivery of 127 soil compactorsresources (vibratory rammer, light and medium vibrating plate), an option for delivery of 34 of the same soil compactors, DLM maintenance and spare parts by the Contractor, training for personnel for OLM and ILM maintenance upon delivery of the soil compactors.

The Supply Agreement is concludedlots for a period of 10 years, with the option to extend the agreement five times by 12 months.
