The goal of this purchase to appoint a contractor to provide metering and information services for the portfolio of National Energy Market On-Market and Off-Market sub-metering points across the education site portfolio of the Department for Education, Children and Young People (DECYP).The key attributes of the purchase are: 162 Large Market Low Voltage (LV) National Meter Identifier's (NMI) incorporating 194 metering points; 6 Large Market High Voltage (HV) NMI's incorporating 6 metering points; 51 Small Market LV (Contract) NMI's incorporating 51 metering points; and 100 Off-Market Solar Production Metering Points, including a substantial program of additional solar investments.The information obtained from this service will inform the effectiveness of the Solar Array Program and the data will critical in calculating savings obtained that will then be used to fund further rollouts of solar arrays across the education portfolio.
