DFC's Office of Finance and Portfblio Management (OFPM) has implemented Creditl-ens software in theirdepartmcnt that is used to strcamlinc DFC's credit risk management scoring models and their associatedworkflows. This sottware is proprietary software that is only available from Moody's and is not availableon government-wide acquisition contracts IGWACs) or tlrrough third party resellers.OFPM has a need for an additional custom risk scorecard integrated within the existing Creditlens softwarethat will bc used to accurately evaluate thc risk of loan dctault and ultimately detcmrine the potential for anexpected credit loss using a Probability of Default (PD) model and Loss Given Detault (LGD) frameworkusing underlying historical DFC default and recovery data from Creditl-ens. This custom scorecard. knownas the Mission Transaction Unit (MTU) scorecard can only be dcvcloped and implemented by Moody's. asit will be a custom application integrated into the existing. proprietary Creditlens software.
