More Information On The Justice40 Initiative At The Epa Can Be Found At: Www.Epa.Gov/Environmentaljustice/Justice40-Epa.There Are Three Types Of Grants Within The Swifr Program, Which Are Designed To Fund A Range Of Projects That Will Enable Epa To Help States, Territories, Tribes, Local Governments, And Communities Improve And Transform Their Recycling And Materials Management Infrastructure.1. Swifr Grants For States And Territories2. Swifr Grants For Tribes And Intertribal Consortia3. Swifr Grants For Political Subdivisionsthis Notice Of Funding Opportunity (Nofo) Is For The Swifr Grants For Tribes And Intertribal Consortia. The Total Estimated Funding For This Competitive Opportunity Is Approximately $20, 000, 000.
