Prequalifications are invited for Service Providers for Solid Waste Management Services

To achieve this, the state hereby invites interested parties to demonstrate competence and experience in the provision.
A. Waste collection of Ten (10) Lots in Lokoja Metropolis
B. Dump Site Management One (1) Lot.
C. TLS/Waste treatment (Recycling) One (1) Lot
The operation for any waste collection or waste disposal lot may be single firm or consortium and must possess the necessary financial and technical competence and experience to implement the required services. Qualified firms/consortium(s) waste collection lots, one (1) waste disposal and one TLS waste treatment lot.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
i. Evidence of Registration with CAC
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate of past three years
iii. Audited Account for the past three years
iv. Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement
v. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance
vi. Evidence of Financial Capability from reputable Bank in Nigeria
vii. Evidence of similar job done in the past years
viii. Comprehensive profile of the contractor with list of key personnel and Equipment
ix. Evidence of Registration of Business premises in Kogi State
x. Sworn affidavit that none of the company Director have been convicted of any criminal offense.
xi. Evidence of payment of non-refundable contract fee.

Prospective bidder are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with Softcopy of financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman Ministerial Tenders- Board Ministry of Environment PMB 10140, Lokoja; attention Procurement Officer in a sealed envelope marked lot and project clearly written on the top left hand corner of the envelope to reach him not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 6th 2022 at which time bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their accredited representatives
