Modifications to existing facilities include, but are not limited to, modifications to the ABTP Nitrification Enhancement Facility (NEF), VIP Primary Solids Fermenter, and ATP Solids Handling Building, as well as plant drain system modifications, non-potable water system modifications, and related civil, structural, electrical and instrumentation work at all three treatment plants. *NOTE: Do not respond through eVA.
