The subject of procurement is the Service of managing a facility for sorting separately collected waste from municipal waste that is collected in the City of Varaždin and in 19 other local self-government units from the area of ​​Varaždin County that are signatories to the Agreement on co-financing the construction and equipping of facilities zand sorting (CLASS: 363-05/19-01/14; URBRO: 2186/01-01/1-20-27) dated June 25, 2020 and the Agreement on the use of the facility (CLASS: 363-05/19- 01/14; URBROJ: 2186/01-01/1-20-28) dated June 25, 2020, by which the parties agreed on rights and obligations regarding the joint use of the facilityfor sorting separately collected paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, glass and other materials in its area. A detailed description and technical specifications of the service in question are listed in APPENDIX 1 of this procurement documentation.
