The program provides municipalities competence, methods and tools to work in new ways with place and business development. The municipalities will address specific challenges and the goal is to turn these into opportunities and innovation. The municipality of Grue is 1 in 5 municipalities from all over the country that have been selected to participate in this year's round of spark. The municipalities have been selected based on criteria such as sustainability ambitions, transfer value and innovation potential, in addition to political and administrative anchoring, and commitment to participation.
