This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for Keller-Heartt Oil LLC to purchase heart transfer oil for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant.Only one authorized supplier, Keller-Heartt Oil Company., has proprietary authorization for the Heat Transfer Oil. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
