The contracting authority hereby invites the interested economic operators to an electronic international tender with an open procedure of Article 27 of Law 4412/2016 for the award of a contract regarding: "Special means of patrolling and removal of citizens and vehicles that contribute to the businessreadiness", with a total budget of thirty-one million five hundred and forty-five thousand euros (€31, 545, 000.00), including VAT. [budget not including VAT ascending (24%): twenty five million four hundred thirty nine thousand five hundred sixteen eurosand thirteen cents (€25, 439, 516.13), and VAT. six million one hundred five thousand four hundred eighty three euros and eighty seven cents (6, 105, 483.87)]. The technical specification is intended to cover the basic requirements of the A.LS./EL.AKT. Service/Operational Means Directorate for the supply from the free trade of one (01) crane vehicle, new and unused as described in this technical issuespecifications.
