Preparation of the Special Town Planning Plan (STP) based on the New Spatial Planning Law 4759/2020 (Government Gazette A' 245) "Modernization of Spatial and Town Planning Legislation and other provisions", within the boundaries of the Municipal Units of Avlonos, Kyparissias, Filiatro, Gargaliani of Kallikratikos Municipality of Trifilia, as determined by Law 3852/2010 "Kallicratis Program" and the necessary supporting studies as detailed below:

●Preparation of an Urban Planning Study (UPS) based on what is defined in the Ministerial Decision (Ministry of Education/DPOLS/72343/1885/2021 ) and in its Appendix.

● Compaxis of the Strategic Environmental Impact Study (SES) for the environmental assessment of the regulations and directions proposed by the Environmental Protection Agency based on the provisions of KYA 107017/2006 (Government Gazette 1225 B'/5-9-2006) as amended and in force with the HY . 40238/2017 (Government Gazette 3759/B' 25.10.2017).
