In accordance with article L 2122-1-4 of the General Code of Property of Public Persons (Cgppp), third parties are informed of the fact that the GPMD has received a spontaneous expression of interest, with a view to the occupation of a set of lands with a total capacity of approximately 1, 598 300 square meters on the area of the Industrial-Port Zone located in the municipalities of Dunkerque-Mardyck, Grande-Synthe and Loon-Plage, to which must be added an area of 21, 991.48 linear meters corresponding to the land base technical corridors and network easements, these easements being dedicated to the exploitation of the surface mentioned above.

The Interest is carried for a minimum period of ten (10) years, not exceeding thirty (30) years. Optionally, a "right of first and second refusal" is requested on a related plot of 101, 700m2. Allof the above-mentioned land is included in the annexed plans and available on the Dunkirk port website
