The work in this file aims at the energy renovation of the Farciennes sports hall, which is part of the subsidies of the "Recovery Plan for Wallonia Call for projects for the energy renovation of sports infrastructures". The objective of this project is to redreduce the building's energy consumption by at least 35%. In addition, non-energy saving work is included in the file but cannot exceed the following ratio: 70% energy saving work and 30% non-energy saving work. In terms of on-site activity, The company's attention is drawn to the fact that the work will be planned during periods when the sports hall is closed. However, if work were to take place during opening periods, all necessary precautions will be taken by the company to ensure safety.urity of users using the facilities as well as their maintenance. This involves the following works: Architectural part: • Protection of the hall floor covering; • Dismantling of the false ceilings of the showers; • Drainage at the foot of the left gable wall with installation of a masonry complexburied ringworks; • Insulation of the entire envelope by blowing EPS beads into the slide; • Supply and installation of crinoline ladders; • Supply and installation of lifelines; • Restoration of the gable after intervention using plaster; • Supply and installation of a partition EI 60 with EI 30 door to create a technical room; • Replacement of shower wall covering: liquid epoxy; • Replacement of false shower ceilings: 18 mm painted water-repellent MDF; • Replacement of existing doors; • Painting of locker rooms. Special technical part: Preliminary services • Supply of a complete execution file to be validated. • Carrying out procedures and verifications with the various contractors, firefighters, etc. • Carrying out the risk analysis by a SECT, with collaboration from the Project Owner if necessary. Ofassembly • Dismantling and evacuation of equipment necessary for bringing the boiler room into compliance and elements which are no longer useful (replacement, old equipment which is no longer useful, wiring, etc.). • Dismantling of old ventilation systems (production and distribution). •Dismantling and disposal of all old equipment which is no longer useful or which is renewed within the framework of this contract, with smoothing of surfaces in a ready-to-paint condition. • Dismantling and evacuation of the old LV installation: all elements which are no longer useful orwhich are replaced as part of this contract, with surface leveling in a ready-to-paint condition. Ventilation • Installation of double-flow ventilation systems with heat recovery (system D) for the changing room area. • Use of exposed cylindrical/rec type ductstangular. Installation of ducts in false ceilings if present. • Insulating the ventilation network. Sanitary • New DHW production via heat pump. • Installation of a new DHW distribution network/DHW loop, including measures to combat legionella. Use of synthetic sanitary pipes (Pex-Alu-Pex). • Replacement of shower columns. • Insulation of pipes. Draining • Adaptation of drainage for new equipment and devices (safety valves, condensate, etc.) in boiler rooms / in technical premiseshnics. Electricity - low voltage • Strengthening the meter. Installation of a new supply column at the meter outlet. • Implementation of a photovoltaic installation. • Electrical compliance. • Installation of a new TGBT and re-powering of existing TDs sinces this one. • Installation of a lighting TD. • Complete relighting of the site with lighting management of the large room. • Installation of cable trays and trunking if necessary. • Earthing and creation of main and secondary equipotential connections. Checking the supply resistanceersion of existing stakes or earth loops, reinforcement if necessary. • Installations of emergency blocks. Electricity very low voltage • Installation of duct (fire) detectors for ventilation and an optical detector for the new technical room, with pending wiring. • Installation of a BMS allowing verification of the status and control of installations with a graphical interface. These will include all the new HVAC equipment as well as the old ones (DHW, existing circuits, etc.). Fire and gas detection will also be repatriatedtowards the GTC. The same applies to video surveillance, lighting control, etc. • Installation of an access control system, cabling and equipment. • Installation of a CCTV system. Fire • Carrying out all EI tightening. Miscellaneous • Production of transcriptshees, installation of sheaths, closing of the trenches with initial restoration. • Commissioning of systems by manufacturers, with preparation of a corresponding report. • Reception of all installations by a SECT, creation of single-line diagrams and position of the installationcomplete. • Training (with provision of summary documents on the operation of the installations). • Supply of a complete As-Built file to be validated. • Etc. When the special specifications mention the site management, it implies the collegial opinion of the Master of the Workge and the Project Author/Design Office.
