Tenders are invited for Stenographic and Transcription Services
Vendor needs to provide stenographic and transcription services include transcription of audio and video recordings of events.
- Respondent will take a stenographic record of events at the location of the event.
- Respondent will provide all necessary equipment and supplies to record and transcribe the event.
- Respondent shall provide stenographers that will be available to take a stenographic record of in-person or remote events in real-time between normal business hours.
- If requested by agency, respondent will provide a written or electronic transcript of the event, within fifteen days of receiving the request. Transcripts will be prepared using the same format used by the courts of general jurisdiction in state.
