Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture seeks to engage one veterinary Clinic, for a term of thirty 30 months to assist the ministry in its efforts to control the stray dog population which poses human health risks in Bahrain. The Clinics role will include sterilization of dogs i.e. castration of healthy male dogs and neutering of healthy non-lactating female dogs and euthanasia in limited cases only. The Tenderer must submit with his Tender the following: a DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE as set out in the Appendix to the Form of Tender b CERTIFICATE OF INDEPENDENT PRICE DETERMINATION as set out in the Appendix to the Form of Tender. Failure to submit either one of the above documents completed, stamped and signed will result in disqualification of the Tender.
