1. The Commonwealth through RAAF Security and Fire School (RAAFSFS) has a requirement to deliver Initial Employment Training (IET) and Post Initial Employment Training (PIET) for security and firefighting specialists. 2. Physical training is a critical program element, delivered in order to develop robust individuals who can transition to the workforce. RAAFSFS physical training incorporates Human Performance Optimisation (HPO) principles to enhance physical and cognitive training outcomes. 3. To achieve the required outcome there is a requirement to engage a Strength and Conditioning Coaching services 5 hours a day for up to 45 weeks per annum. The contractor will work as part of the Fit to Fight (F2F) multi - disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high-level strength and conditioning programs to members based at RAAF Amberley that enhances combat effectiveness and sustained wellbeing.
