The project will be divided into two phases: Phase 1 will include a background study, site inspections, and review of current design drawings and relevant documents of the existing proposed instrumentation plans. A memo will be submitted summarizing SHM installation recommendations to WSA for review and acceptance. Phase 2 will include the procurement and installation of the accepted SHM installations at each of the dam sites. A brief factual report summarizing the field installation work, including instrumentation information, will be submitted to WSA for review and acceptance.
