1 SOURCE OF RESOURCES
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Project for the Improvement and Expansion of the Drinking Water and Sanitation in 7 Cities.

2. ExECUTING AND CONTRACTING BODY OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The executing body of this process is: Nicarag Company.

2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for the present procurement process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites to submit proposals for the required contracting.

2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Obtaining of Goods, Works, Services and Consulting with CABEI Resources and its Standards for Application, which can be found under the following address at the Internet site: https://www.bcie.org .

3. PRESENTATION OF THE PROCESS

3.1 General objectives of the acquisition:
