The aim is to provide the services of a general planner for serial energy renovation, conversion and extension in prefabricated wooden construction. The student residence in Tarforst currently has around 120 residential units with around 200 places in three buildings from the 80s. Goal iis the achievement of the Efficiency House 40 standard, the improvement of user quality and the accessibility of the building. Due to the planned funding for the project, a tight schedule must be adhered to until the project costs are calculated. The construction costs were estimated at around 20.5 milliono. Euro estimated in the cost groups 300 400.
