1.Conduct baseline / gap assessment of current performance of identified buildings to obtain Green building certification.
2.Identify the gap and opportunities of improvement for identified buildings.
3.Develop action plan and roadmap for implementation of the improvements.
4. Prepare gap analysis report for each building to attain the desired green building certification type andthe level of rating.
