A comprehensive study on the heavy vehicles (buses, trucks) of Bangladesh with the following objectives.Evaluate the Current Performance of the HDV Fleet Assess the operational, financial, economic, and environmental performance of the truck and bus (HDV) fleet in Bangladesh.Develop a HDV Fleet Efficiency Roadmap Create a comprehensive roadmap to enhance the operational, financial, economic, and environmental performance of HDVs, specifying short-, mid-, and long-term actions.Design Targeted Policies, Programs, and Projects Develop detailed policy, program and project designs for the critical interventions identified in the roadmap, including fleet scrappage and fuel efficiency improvement programs. This will involve crafting conceptual design, preparing policy drafts, incentives schemes and disincentives, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and evaluating the potential impacts to ensure effective implementation.Create a Detailed Stakeholder Mapping Identify stakeholders, outlining their roles, responsibilities, and the potential impact on the implementation of the proposed roadmap.
