Tenders are invited for Study on Scope of School Related Gender Based Violence.

MOGEI developed a curriculum-based process of teaching and learning about the cognitive, emotional, physical, and social aspects of sexuality aims to equip children and young people with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that will empower them to:
• realize their health, well-being and dignity.
• develop respectful social and sexual relationships.
• consider how their choices affect their well-being and that of others.
• understand and ensure the protection of their rights throughout their lives

Specific Objectives:
• Assess policy frameworks that contribute to the reduction of all forms of GBV.
• Assess the number of schools that have school rules and communicate them effectively to parents, staff and learners.
• Assess knowledge, attitudes and practices among the different groups.
• Document the demographics of persons affected as well as the types and causes of GBV.
• Document good practices implemented to reduce GBV and existing mechanisms used to report and handle cases
• Assess the strategic entities and their capacities to prevent and mitigate the different forms of GBV

Payment schedule
• 30% upon submission of inception report with a roadmap;
• 30% upon submission of assessment tools, training report and travel plans
• 20% upon submission of the final debriefing report
• 20% submitting the Consultancy close-out report and final study.
