The Palestinian Hydrologists Group invites you within the project “Promoting the rights and dignity of the Palestinian people under occupation in accordance with international human rights law, with a particular focus on the right to water, hygiene, sanitation and community environmental protection” funded by the Government of Cantabria (GOBIERNO de CANTABRIA) through the Cooperation for Spanish Peace (ACPP) , implemented by the Palestinian Hydrologists Group (PHG), requested technical and financial offers in a closed envelope to provide technical services to conduct a “ State of the Environment (SoE) study in the communities of southeastern Nablus Governorate . ”
Accordingly, the Palestinian Hydrologist Group invites individuals/companies qualified to participate in this offer to obtain a copy of the terms of reference for the bid at a non-refundable amount of 100 shekels per copy, starting from Monday, 03-18-2024 until Wednesday, 03-27-2024 . Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. At the headquarters of the Palestinian Hydrologists Group in Ramallah - Emil Habibi Al-Masyoun Street - Bravo Supermarket - second floor, or through the group-s headquarters in Nablus - An-Najah University Street - Plaza Building - first floor .
A meeting will be held for individuals/companies to respond to their inquiries on Monday, 03-25-2024 at 11:00 am at the Palestinian Hydrologist-s Group office in Ramallah .
Bids will be returned to the headquarters of the Palestinian Hydrological Group in Ramallah no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 03-28-2024, and any bid submitted after that will not be considered. Bids will be opened on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 10:00 am .
