Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

Subscription of Elsevier Knovel

The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES, through the GAA (2023) intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱1, 783, 950.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Subscription of Elsevier Knovel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
