The scope of the subject of the order includes the following activities:
- Subscription post-warranty maintenance (monthly and seasonal preventive examinations) of precision air conditioners, supporting data centers (server and UPS rooms), incl. domestic air-conditioning and steam humidifying equipment;
- Servisa maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, incl. provision of spare parts and consumables in the event of detected damage and after written approval of an offer by the Contracting Authority.
The equipment subject to post-warranty subscription support and service maintenance is as follows:
Pprecision air conditioning equipment with a capacity of up to 20 kW of column type - 12 units;
Household air conditioning equipment with a capacity of up to 17 kW of column, wall and standing type - 24 units;
Ventilation systems with recuperator - 2 units;
Central air conditioning system with its adjacent cooling bodies - 1 pc. (multi-split with 9 convectors);
Pair humidification technique 4 nos.
