“Subscription to OutSystems Low-Code Front-end Development Platform”

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act and the Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-C-24- 0000092, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Six Million Pesos (P156, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Subscription to OutSystems Low-Code Front-end Development Platform” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-18) covering FYs 2025 to 2027, with the breakdown of ABC as follows:
