1.The subject of the order is: "Successful delivery of threaded ball valves".
This is a delivery order with the numerical code of the Common Procurement Dictionary:
(CPV) 42131260-6 Ball valves.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the value of the subject of the contract (quantity, type of assortment) by a maximum of 20% of the total contract value. For failure to complete the entire subject of the contract. The contractor will not be entitled to any claims for damages.
2. Detailed data of the subject of the order and its scope are specified in:
2.1. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ ("Offer" form).
2.2. Annex No. 2 to the SWZ ("Technical requirements...").
3. The devices constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 6 months before the date of their delivery to the Ordering Party and meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
4. Ordering Party requires that the Contractor aoffered devices from one manufacturer for the entire range.
5.Devices constituting the subject of the order must meet the requirements of:
Act of April 16, 2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) along with implementing provisions to this Act,
Actof August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215),
Regulation of the Minister of Development of July 11, 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws U. 2016, item 1036) introducing Directive 2014/68/EU into Polish law.
