The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of products butproducts, including medicinal products used in drug programs, prescription substances and food for special medical purposes to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form - Annex No. 2.1-2.20 toSWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire order or a given task/tasks in writing under pain of invalidity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/tasks, all offers from this Contractor will be rejected.not by the Ordering Party. The order consists of 20 tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for single items.
