The subject of the contract is the successive, non -cash sale of liquid motor fuels: - diesel oil, - unleaded gasoline - ADBLEE water solution and fees for journeys through paid motorways using the fuel cards received from the contractor. The sale of fuels will take place at the Contractor's petrol stations operating in the gas station network covering the entire country, which includes the contractor open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract. The ordering party at the indicated in point 1 period will make purchases for the amount declared in the contractor's offer for: - 260, 000 liters of diesel, - 8, 000 liters of unleaded gasoline, - 6, 000 liters of ADBLEE water solution. Purchase of fuel by the contracting authority using fuel cards will take place at the unit retail prices in force in those of gas stations in which the transactions were made, at the time of their completion, taking into account the discount declared in the submitted offer.
